Labrador Retriever Dog

Hershel the Dog needs a home

Hershel was turned into Fayette County Animal Control as a stray, but their facility was already so full that his future looked bleak so they asked if we had room for him and luckily we did! He had a heavy heartworm burden when he arrived at our shelter but he has since been treated and is doing great and now he's just looking for his forever home. He is such a sweet and handsome boy! He has a lot of energy and loves to play, but he is very smart and very treat and toy motivated so can be taught to do a lot! He already knows how to sit, stay and lay down! He loves everyone her meets but his energy level might be a little too much for small children. He would prefer an active family so he can burn off some of his energy with his people! Hershel is such a fun boy, he would make a great addition to a loving family! His date of birth is 1/23/14.

Hershel has been neutered, is current on all shots, is on flea & tick prevention, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and comes with a 30 day pet health guarantee. The adoption fee is $95 with an approved application.
